Christian Rischke

Christian is the head of Marshall Hutton’s German Capital Market Division. He is responsible for due diligence and analysis of development and investment opportunities.

He has been working with Marshall Hutton as a consultant since 2013 and has played a significant role in the company’s platform in Germany. He is the principal of Jonous Real Estate – Berlin.

Prior Christian was a Director at Savills to build up the the Real Estate Advisory team for Savills Germany and involved in real estate investment consultancy to national and international investors in all asset classes. Prior to Savills, Christian was part of the capital market team of Price Waterhouse Coopers involved in major corporate transactions in Germany valuing properties and portfolios according to international and national valuation methods (RICS, German WertV and HypZert).

Christian studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (HTW) specialising in real estate tax, financing and real estate valuation. Qualification- Degree Diplom Kaufmann and as young man was part of the Bundeswehr Special Forces.
